Moses is inspired by the problems people often learn to tolerate: disconnected systems, repetitive processes, limited access to useful information, missed opportunities and important work managed through tools that were never designed for it.

He studies how people currently perform a task, where the experience becomes difficult and how technology could make it simpler, smarter and more effective. He then transforms that understanding into structured digital products designed around real needs.
His background in software engineering, database engineering, data analysis, systems design, technology leadership, entrepreneurship, music, book writing and community leadership gives him a broad and human-centered perspective on innovation.
As a singer, songwriter and music producer, Moses understands the relationship between creativity and technology from the creator’s perspective. This experience contributes directly to MoInnovative’s work in music and media technology, including its strategic partnership with BESTEV3R LLC.
